Build a business you can explain without waffling.

The 6 Decisions is a free framework for the foundational choices most business owners never actually make - the ones everything else gets built on top of.

You are not confused because you are incapable.

You have real experience. You've probably done a lot of things well. And you still keep changing your offer, your message, your audience, your content direction.

What you say you do sounds different every time someone asks. Your website, your content, and your last sales conversation don't quite sound like the same business. You've tried better copy, a new platform, a different tactic - and the scattered feeling doesn't go away.

That's not a wording problem. It's a decision problem. Somewhere underneath all of it, a handful of foundational decisions never actually got made.

"Your marketing should not have to do the thinking for you."

Right now you can throw an AI tool at almost any part of your business - a blank sales page, an empty content calendar, an outline for an offer you haven't fully decided on yet. It'll give you something. Fast.

But it's still garbage in, garbage out. If the decision underneath the content was never made clearly, the AI just produces a faster, better-formatted version of the same confusion.

Your marketing should express decisions you've already made. It shouldn't be the place where you're still trying to figure out what your business means.

The right buyer is not just a type of person.

Most positioning advice asks who your ideal client is, what problem they have, what outcome they want. Useful questions. Incomplete ones.

Here's the one most people skip: what's happening in that person's life or business right now that makes the problem matter enough to act on?

Audience: "Course creators."

Buyer: "A course creator whose students aren't finishing, whose promise has gotten harder to explain, and who already knows something isn't working."

The moment is what gives the problem urgency. It's the difference between a category of people and an actual reason someone says yes today instead of someday.

The framework

Six decisions. Not templates, not a content calendar, not a branding refresh. The choices everything else in your business gets built on top of.

DECISION 1 - WHO

Who drives my revenue?

"My real buyer is ___ and they are already ___."

DECISION 2 - WHAT

What outcome am I really selling?

"The outcome I sell is ___."

DECISION 3 - WHERE

Where does demand actually come from?

"I will consistently show up at ___."

DECISION 4 - HOW

How does someone become a buyer?

"People go from ___ to ___ before buying."

DECISION 5 - WHAT'S WORKING

What is driving revenue vs keeping me busy?

"The top thing driving my revenue is ___."

DECISION 6 - COMMITMENT

What do I focus on next?

"For the next 30 days, I am focusing on ___."

“Glenna helped me get precise clarity on who my real customer actually is - not who I assumed it was. Her skill is in exposing the gap between what you think you know and what you actually know - and then filling it with clarity and direction.” — Kelly Race

That's the work. Six decisions, one at a time, until the gap closes.
